Game Guardian charges a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping anywhere in Australia.

We send all our items via Australia Post E-Parcel or via Couriers Please delivery. Delivery to most destinations in Australia is 2 to 5 working days.
Please note that all customers must allow for standard Australia Post delivery times.
The delivery date estimated does depend on where the customer lives.
It is calculated from the time the customer receives the “order dispatched” email from Australia Post and NOT from the time of order.
Remember that “working days” means Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and public holidays.

Parcel hasn’t arrived?
We recommend you quickly check the following:

• It’s imperative that you check with your local post office and see if they are holding your parcel therefore you. The product has instructions to be left in a safe place out of the weather at your residence, but sometimes the posties will make a judgment call to take it to the nearest post office if they deem the environment not to be safe.
• If you have requested the parcel be sent to your work address, please check with your colleagues to see if they are holding the goods for you.
• Have a look at your receipt and make sure you gave us the correct address.

Still no goods?
No problem! Just send us an email stating clearly your name and order number and will take care of the rest.

Returns Policy
